I did not receive my purchase (Android)

If you've made a purchase in Fishing Clash on your Android device and have not received the purchased items don't worry. Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours to process the transaction. Please try restarting Fishing Clash and see if your purchased items have been added to your account.

If after 24 hours you still haven't received any of the purchased goods, please contact us either via "report an error" option that can be found in-app in Profile -> Settings or by using a form that can be found in our help centre here - https://support.tensquaregames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Please make sure to provide your Player ID and the GPA number for your transaction. You can find it on the Google Play receipt or by visiting Google payments website where you can view all of your purchases - https://payments.google.com
