Why didnt i receive my rewards for the gentlemans league?

They are shady! Against my better judgment I made a $20usd purchase. I did not receive my items and support turned their backs and said I received my items. You don't think I would know if I got over 1000 lures. Shame on this company!

I won 3 gold packs in the Legendary fish champioship event and i lost them because i has gone offline before take them. I spent like 40 EU in Last days in game purchases and im ver

I didn't not receive the 2 gold packs for placing first In the Amazon River with the fish I caught and also because I placed first in the championship in the Amazon river I was suppose to get 1000 points towards the Travellers Championship therefor getting me another gold pack and a rare pack pleas I have not received any of my rewards and my lures and gold coins are at the same number count I've reviewed it several times within the past couple of hours I also just spent a total of 120 dollars in the past week please reply and see what can be done so I can receive my rewards
